We aim to create a warm and friendly atmosphere in which children can grow and develop both academically and personally. We take pride in our achievements and have high expectations for each child in every aspect of their work.

We see ourselves very much as a family school with traditional values, at the heart of the community. Education is a partnership between staff, parents and pupils, where we work together for the good of all our children. In our latest Ofsted Inspection (January 2007), the Care, guidance and support were noted as Outstanding "chiefly because the staff know the pupils and their families so well."
