PTA
There is a very active PTA who organise numerous fund raising events throughout the year. We are a friendly group of parents and teachers whose sole aim is to raise additional funds to benefit the children and school. We are always in need of additional support, help and ideas. So if you can spare an hour or two or would like to join the PTA then please contact the school office.
The fundraising activities provide additional resources for the school. We have recently bought ipads and a sound system for the school as well as new outdoor furniture and have funded a trip to the cinema at Christmas time for all the pupils.
The PTA holds an Annual General Meeting during the Autumn Term and we would encourage all parents to support this event. The highlights are the Christmas Fair and the Summer Barbeque plus various other activities during the year. Volunteers are always needed and help in any capacity is welcomed, especially our new reception parents.
